I have search here for London Crossfit box advice and visited most of these places, although not dropped in yet.

I wanted to ask which of these boxes people would recommend the most. I am moving to London soon and these are either near my flat or my job:. Reebok Crossfit Thames. Pretty pricey but they have the best open gym hours which is a selling point for me.

WIT Fitness. Super pricey and it seems like their class size is really large. But it is WIT. Seems like a nice box with a good community.

Reasonably priced. Royal Docks. Looks like a great box and good price but I could only train here days per week and would need to do my other training in a commercial gym.

Programming - kind of hard to evaluate but I'd trust WIT the most. Their head coach is a beast.

Community - another thing that is hard to evaluate without recommendations or ing. Location - Royal Docks is closest to where I live but it is actually more convenient to train closer to work or at a box on my commute path. Reebok Crossfit Thames or Stratford would be the most convenient on the days I work. I go to Sleven, but that's central London, so maybe a bit to far for you. Visit and work out in all of them then pick the one you get the best vibe out of. Where's work and home? Training near work is convenient during the week but less so on weekends or if you're off work.

I've not trained at any of these gyms although do know people who have trained at WIT. I have trained at Perpetua now District Battersea and am currently a member of Crossfit Shapesmiths, both of which are on the wrong side of London for you. WIT is clearly well kitted out given Jamie Greene and Elliot Simmonds trained there for a good few months earlier this year but it can get quite dark in there and their running route is a bit of a nightmare. I guess the prices have to be a little higher because of rent probably being more in Canary Wharf area.

The space doesn't look particularly amazing to warrant the price and there doesn't look to be a large of classes either. What do your friends think of WIT? I will be living in Royal Docks and working in Liverpool Street. So I am looking at boxes that could be enroute. Unfortunately because Royal Docks classes only start at am and I need to train mornings, it makes it unviable to train on weekdays there unless I am working from home. Another gym I should be considering is Crossfit which looks great. I've just left 71, no reason other than I started a different project and was easier to go to another box for the time being although I live 10 mins walk from I also I got a few friends and people I comp with at my new box.

I fully recommend it, programming is good, they got a few specialist class options e. The coaches are great, all different backgrounds and and skillsets. The only downside is that the classes can be quite big people on a class and sometimes they don't the programming for that so it can be a bit of a clusterfuck. But I think I heard they purchased the next building and will be expanding soon Although that could just mean more on a class although they do have 2 coaches on the larger classes Tbh the price compared to other places in London is cheapso you get more bang for your buck.
