Very nice time for New Year's Eve. The price fixe menu was varied and delicious. The food was amazing. Our server was great! The atmosphere is quiet and so beautiful!
We will definitely be back! Excellent service and amazing food! Decent prices too. Beautiful view is about all I can say positive! Menu is very limited Usually restaurants in DoubletreeHotels are excellent Bar drinks were good! Have no complaints. Everything was great! Our server, Rick, was very attentive, professional and friendly. The view was spectacular, despite the rain. The food was tasty, but overpriced for the amount. We greatly enjoyed our time and meal.
Even more so that the waiter didn't ask "how is everything tasting", which is a pet peeve or ours. Our usual response is "we don't know because we haven't tasted everything". Everything was under cooked. Very good steaks and service at a reasonable price. Excellent bar options at very modest prices. Excellent view. Great as always, and will be going back in the near future.
The view is awesome! Great service in a good setting. Our first visit to this restaurant was better than expected. The views were wonderful. The food was well prepared. The service was exceptional and the wine and beer list was Montana at it's best. We will return next year. Food was horrible just seemed old to me and chewy for a 35 dollar filet. Biggest issues was the smell in restaurant smelled like sour carpet or something so that kinda set the mood for the entire evening.
An undiscovered pleasure. Wonderful ambiance. Will go again I've been to this restaurant, years ago when the food was above average and the service was excellent. However, on my most recent trip in May nothing positive can be expressed other than the raw carrots my son ordered with his child's meal were adequate. All three of our dinners were nearly inedible. The restaurant was so cold that we went back to our room for coats and sweaters.
The service with only 5 tables and 2 servers should have been doting; it was almost non-existent. And then to be sent back to this restaurant for the hotel's breakfast buffet was simply pathetic. But the coffee was hot and drinkable.
We had a party of 9 and they set us up in a private room. It was very nice and quiet with great views of Billings. The staff was very nice and everyone enjoyed the food. The pork chop was a favorite and so was the chocolate cake. They were "sold out" of prawns and only had 1 ribeye left on a Saturday night!? Poor quality food for the high prices you pay. Only good thing there is the view and it's usually rather quiet, which make for good atmosphere. But unfortunately paying lots of money for a disappointing meal is just not worth it.
The service was extremely slow. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and there were only 8 other people in the restaurant. The food was old on the buffet. The eggs Benedict were not done properly. Will not go back, and I have already deterred a couple of friends from going. Way overpriced. My expectations were much higher for the overpriced check. Staff needs more training on timely seating, drink details, order specifics. View nice. Food tastey but over priced for what you get Food was ok, but the atmosphere was terrible.
Will not be going back!
Service was terrible- our server disappeared and was not attentive. Then she disappeared again. We flagged down another server to ask for horseradish to go with the prime rib. We then saw him talking to his friends in the hallway.
We then flagged down the bus boy to ask him to get our server. We finally got the manager to come over and asked about bread and the missing horseradish. He apologized for our server and came back with our requests. She then disappeared again. Wonderful people, great view, good food. Will definitely be back. It was just the two of us in this amazing place.
The service was phenomenal. The food was very good. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Been here before with just the family. So I invited uh few others along, who have never been here. Needless to say, they were not disappointed. Like us, they will all be going back in the future. Excellent atmosphere and views. Food very good.Just looking for a Billings Montana bj
