A change has occurred to a downtown Grand Forks storefront that's often attracted attention. The huge "Plain Brown Wrapper" on the building at the corner of Kittson Avenue and South Third Street has been taken down by Romantix, the company which purchased the property in September Romantix, based in Denver, operates 55 adult stores across the U.
The Plain Brown Wrapper replaced one for "Straus" men's clothiers in Renae Anderson, public relations for Romantix, said the store still sells adult books, videos and novelties, and will still show movies in its back rooms.
